okay peeps, we have rediscussed about the food,
so wad was calculated was for DAY 1 AND DAY 2 the BBQ will be $15 per person.
so including lodging $25 per person. -> thas assuming everyone comes and stayed for 3D2N (alternate payments for people who come for less then 3D2N will be recalclated again)
BUT! things could be cheaper if we uses the class funds and dr.loke is willng to contribute $50 for our food and plus from the chalet payment, we have a few left over so we actually kinda have a spare of..
~$150.
but people pls do be informed that everyone have a few dollars in their account abou 3 or 5 dollars which makes up the class funds. please inform either of us whether to contribute or not! thanks! :D

okay i reaised it is only so expensive if we follow the catering service that the chalet only allow. and fuck that.
so right now, i come up with an idea that we come up with a basic list of food for either one or two days of bbq.
for now we are thinking of just one day of bbq
chicken wings/ drumsticks.
crabstick,
hotdogs,
otah,
drinks.
(maybe more? i duno)
and then people will split the payment of those basic list of food.
and then we will have potluck
potluck means contributing ur stuff to the day or event.
so basically, if someone want to contribute satay, then great! EVERYONE GETS SATAY!
if someone wants to contribute more drinks, then great! EVERYONE GETS MORE DRINKS!
if someone wnats to contribute to anything that is needed on the spot for that day, then great! EVERYONE WILL NO NEED TO WORRY OVER WHAT WE MIGHT GET LESSER FOR THE DAY!
but please do note that this is all voluntarily, and no one is forcing you to contribute anything, all at your own risk okay people! :D
and the amount to pay the food? we will talk about it when we make an estimation before we go shopping.
as for the people who are coming for just one day of the chalet, i know its not fair that u have to pay full amount and its not worth it. right now i am trying to come up with a conclusion how u should pay for the chalet if u are coming fo rjust one day! give me more time to plan k?
